Has anyone replaced or serviced the lifting rams for the trunk lid ?
My truck will open with no problem, but after a bit of time the lid starts to fall. I am not sure if I have a leak? or what?
Any help or tips greatly appreciated.

Does it have electric rams or the regular lift assist like used on the automobiles? If the lift assist they will lose pressure over time. They should be labeled as to the pressure in pounds. Then measure the open and closed stroke and you can get them online.
