Just replaced my Norcold fridge on my 99 3500 express. Replacement is DE 0041. Fits perfect in the opening, however the wood panel needs to be sized down. Easily cut with a razor blade. Getting in the boat is a totally different challenge. I had to remove the cabin sliding hatch and all trim. Not as bad as it sounds. Remove door on fridge. Then had to remove four screws holding the compressor on and very slowly and carefully bend the soft copper tubing so the compressor would sit on top of the fridge. Secured it with a zip tie and string. It fit through with the tightest of tolerance. Set aside two hours.

Thanks for all the detail and instruction. I had a feeling that cabin door would have to come off. I replaced the rollers on the bottom of the door a few years ago so know that drill already. I’ll give it a shot.
