Don't have all the answers but regarding the leaking center section of the windshield I would see if the rain drain holes on either side of the windshield (when open) are clogged. Owned a 1997 31 Open for 10+ years and had a similar problem. Leak resolved by cleaning out the drain holes in each lower corner of the windshield frame. Seals for the hatches can be found through Tiara. Contact customer services. Not sure about waterproofing the Bimini. M2C...

Thank you for the quick reply. In fact, the drain holes were clogged so I unclogged them. Hopefully this is the fix.
I also called Tiara per your recommendation and they are selling me the needed gaskets/seals.

My 41 had a leak issue in the Bimini. I found a fabric sealer online called IOSSO Seam Sealer. It was something like $12 and worked great. I used it one time and never had to reuse it. I also used the 303 Fabric guard on the rest of the top on a regular basis.
