Our 2800 Open has been quite the project since acquisition late 2018... I'll add a few before and now pictures to this thread in another posting.

There is still a long road to the absolute finish line (... are we ever REALLY there... lol...) but things are coming along very well and the boat should have another long while before needing another round of serious updating.

Aaaaannnnnnd the moment that I need to get some feedback from the collective hive mind has arrived.  Our hull did not come with the pass through molded into the pulpit for the anchor, so I recently had our local yard do some pulpit reinforcement and create the pass through for me.  Great structural work was performed on creating the pass, but my vision for an anchor ramp & roller assembly was not exactly completely realized from the yard, so it's time to acquire and install the hardware that is missing.  I knew I was going to be installing some kind of hardware, so the pass was only roughly finished for strength and encapsulation.

I'd love some feedback from anyone that knows what Tiara would have fit regarding the drop in anchor roller / windlass package from the factory if this option was ordered.

I'd also like to know if anyone has a photograph of the windlass plate pivoting anchor roller assembly from Tiara (photo attached) actually in operation as I have yet to find a vessel equipped with this part number unit.  Most all I have seen look to have an Anchorlift or similar drop in flush roller pocket fit through the pulpit.
