I would like to know where is the pump relay panel on a 2013 sovran 39

My 43 has the pump relays located in the ER right next to the condenser control boxes . Should be a small box with a wire leading to the pump and separate wires leading to each control box. If you can't find it trace the wire back from the pump. It will terminate at relay or a control box (if only serving one system). If your boat has self contained (not split gas) units it's possible the relay is mounted next to one of the cabin systems.
