I've been more than pleased with the recent fast responses I've received from Tiara customer support via their email CR@TIARAYACHTS.COM. As a recent example, I asked if they had electrical wiring diagrams for a 1990 3600 Open, and I had them digitized and sent to me in an hour. Keep it up, guys!

Brian was able to provide me with the manufacturer and part number for my portlight on an '86 3600 Open! They offer first class customer service!

Tiara’s customer support is awesome. We where on a trip last summer, had an issue with the head faucet, emailed Andrew at Tiara, within hours he emailed us the make and part we needed, took a walk to the hardware store in Frankfort and where able to find the part and fixed the problem. So happy to be a part of the Tiara family.

I have dealt with Andrew ( Tiara customer support ) on multiple occasions and find him to be very professional .

I'm on my second Tiara and I've had similar great experiences with customer support. There's a little plaque on my boat that says "Pride in ownership begins with pride in workmanship. -- Employees of Tiara"

I’ve got an older 1980 tiara Pursuit 2500. Long before the sale of the pursuit brand. Yet still, customer service did everything they could to help me out with some questions and Andrew went above and beyond in asking his fellow employees the question I had.
Just incredible people.
