1996 33 open gauges - Mydiamond - 08-16-2025
What is everyone using to replace the old VDO gauges.
I like the rear twist lock system and flush mount.
Looking for suggestions

I have been using new VDOs but it is a pain. The new ones are a typical gauge mount so they are installed through the helm, not from behind. They are also a little larger diameter so I need to use a dremel to increase the size of the opening. Have to also remove a large plate behind the helm to mount from the backside. Eventually I am going to redo the entire helm and eliminate that big aluminum plate, probably over the long WI Winter.
