Had a bow window hatch leak, appears to have moisture in the the core out about 12 inches. Any ideas to dry this out?

I am currently undergoing more extensive repairs to my bow because of a poorly installed anchor locker drain. My problem covered about 18 square feet on starboard side and 9 square feet on port side.

Given your more limited infiltration, you might be able to dry it out with vacuum pumps. Contact a fiberglass repair shop and review your options. You didn't mention how you determined the size of the area and the level of moisture present. It could be there are other ways to dry it out but, the help of a professional will help limit damages.

You also didn't mention where your boat is located. If you're in Chesepeake Bay Area I can give you the names of a couple of service providers.

2009 had the drain cracked in the anchor locker  repair was done from the inside of the locke removed about two sq. ft of core
 and then a stainless steel drain installed live on lake erie

I had moisture infiltrate the entire bow section from an improperly installed windlass from the factory.  had to replace 16 square feet of deck and the core down to the waterline.
