I just introduced myself and hope to here from other owners.
Issues I've solved so far as follows:
8" extention for hatch lift so you can change starboad fuel water seperator
new foward bilge pump you can't reach
1 bilge blower you can't reach
move spotlight from windshield to bow
corrected wiper arms and blades witch were wrong
new water heater
relocate battery charger for better ventaltion
some other stuff

Maybe some can help wit these issues:
running wires up the arch is tough, hole to small?
how often should you remove the foward prop pocket covers to clean and paint?

Great ideas. I also have a 2900 open. Can you give me more details on the 8 inch extension for the engine hatch? Thanks

This is how I made the hatch extentions:
2 pieces of 1/4" stainless, 2" x12' with 1/4"+ holes 2" from each end.
Make up 2 - 2x4's to prop hatch at normal height, notch top to fit so it can't pop out, then lower hatch just enough to remove the top cylinder bolts. Lower the cylinders enough to attach the extentions and then raise the hatch. Make up 2 longer 2x4's for the added height so you can get them out of the way if you have to. You'll need 4 more bolts. I hope that's enough info, if not reply.
