I have a small instrument on my dash (see pic) and I can not figure out what it is for. It has 12v going to it but nothing else from what I see. It has a small button that slides and small letters that read, "lock". Sometimes you will see random numbers on the screen. Is this a factory item? If so, what is it for? My guess is it is some kind of leftover part from an alarm system. Thanks in advance.
