Low Fuel Light ??
#1
1988 3300. There is a light on the dash for low fuel for each engine, I don’t see what it is for. There is one for each engine so it is not for the gas tank level. One engine the light comes on sometimes at low RPM’s when the engine is warming up. Does anyone know what this light means?

Can you post a picture of them?

Here is the pic from the manual. the light is labeled "Low Fuel". That row of light is for Low oil level, high operating temp, low battery and low fuel. Sorry for the bad pic.

No idea. You might want to call Tiara customer service and inquire.

I know this is old thread but I have two on my 1988 3100. One for each fuel tank / each engine. Assuming you have two tanks or at least the boat did originally, then the low fuel lights are exactly as they say they are for each fuel tank. I know mine work as I have run it down and they come on, not at exact same time, but within a few miles of each other based on slightly different burn rates for each engine.

I have one 300 gallon tank with two low fuel lights. They have come on independent of each other in the past. Last time I filled up when lights were on it was just over half a tank used. Not really sure how these operate. Hopefully someone has the answer...

interesting 2 lights one tank??.. mine has 2 tanks 106ea..  we are kinda figuring it might start flashing at 1/3 and maybe steady on at 1/4 ?  seems like we stil ave lots of fuel when the light starts to flicker... kinda distracting when we know we have quite a bit of fuel??? wish it was fewer gals before it comes on

like you say hopefully someone knows .././.
