Looking for suggestions/thoughts on replacing the bright LED lights in cockpit and aft outdoor lounge seating area. I would like to install multi-color softer lights and I am having trouble removing the existing light fittings to figure out what I need to replace them with.

If anyone has replaced them before, would love to hear how easy and what you replaced it with.
