I’m looking at redoing the windshield frame on my 3600 Open. There is some mild surface corrosion in a few spots on the inside where it looks black anodized. The outside where it’s painted white is still pretty darn good for 30 years old.
I asked Tiara about where I might find some replacement extrusions and they drew a blank. To far back.
So if anyone has any ideas as to where I could source some windshield frame parts?
New or used???

I would call Taylor Made marine .... they make most boat glass and frame for many boats.
Also check with your own glass company in your area

Tiara told me it was manufactured by American Marine, now part of Pompanette. I tried calling them but they are literally useless. No one answers the phone and any extension you try takes you back to the beginning of the recorded message. Why even have a phone?
I tries Taylor because I knew they made a lot of windshields and thought they at least could steer me to someplace that might have the extrusions available. They got pretty excited when I said I had the actual windshield assembly part number but when they looked it up they confirmed it wasn’t one of theirs. They make they’re Own extrusions so strike two.
