Working on replacing the dinette upholstery in our 1995 4000 Express. Planned to remove the entire seat back to have done in the shop, but found the only exposed fasteners were 4 screws at each end of the 'U'. Anyone have any experience removing the dinette or re-upholstery suggestions?
Ended up making a slit in the upholstery to get a look at the brackets. Each of the 3 backrest modules hang on 2 brackets --- pic attached. It was a big time wrestling match getting them out. Tight fit and the vinyl was sticking to the side wall.
We have the rectangular table which does not align to make a bed so we are planning to re-work that area some and put in a different table. If all goes as planned post the end result -
