Anyone ever replaced the plastic runners on the underside of the power seat that guide the seat along the track? I don't think they are starboard; some type of plastic. They cracked along the width so the helm rocks forward and aft a bit; I can probably machine replacements but didn't know if they were a stock part. Tiara has always been helpful but figured I would ask here first.

The piece you are talking about are made of delrin, a white plastic. Mine has also cracked and my seat actually fell forward one day making it very difficult to drive, near about killed me<JK>. I did draw up all the pieces needed to replace as I was going to machine them myself but instead installed a Pompanette helm chair, swivels, slides back and forth, makes it much easier when fishing driving.

I just replaced them last year on my 98 31 Open.  Dapagani's post is correct they are Delron plastic. I got a slab from a local plastics supplier, $120 or so for a 3"x1"x 24" bar that I machined myself. No real issues, except aligning some of the holes, but with a little tweaking, sandpaper and patience it all went in fine and works great now.  The originals had worn some and cracked, so using them as templates probably caused some of the alignment issues in the end.  Also, I was working with basement tools, if you have a drill press you'd be in good shape to cleanly align the pieces once they are cut on a table saw.  Only other issue was some of the bolt holes in the bottom of the seat didn't align. Same thing, a little patience and all fit eventually.

Yup.  Not going to be a helpful answer though: I acquired a spare set from the dealer I purchased the boat from.  I have pictures I will post from the spare parts.  It is just a piece of plastic that can easily be machined.  Best of luck!
