2 of the four hatches on the floor on the cockpit on my 2002 3100 Open are cracked and need to be replaced. I looked at it today and with the floor molded for the hatches how do you get some kind of tool under them to pry them out of the sealant they are bedded in? At first thought I am thinking about cutting the flange with a dremmel to get it started. I don't want to pry against the non-skip floor in fear of damaging it. Any guidance is appreciated.
One thing that will help is using Boatlife “Release” to soften and loosen up the sealant that is holding them in place. This was the only way I was able to replace the ones on my 33

You can use commercial grade goo be gone to soften the 5200. Worked great when I had to replace an old transducer previous owner used 5200 to bed. Soaked it good and let sit for a day, soaked again, and the next day was soft enough to scrap out with a putty knife

Debond works ok for releasing 5200. Still takes a lot of patience and multiple applications to clean it all off, but it is a lot easier than using solvents.
