I would like to get rid of the storage box seating in the cockpit of my 1988 33 open and replace it with bench seating that will fold-up along the gunwhale and transom like the later models. Has anyone ever done this- and where can I look for the proper brackets? I appreciate any ideas or input.

I've been thinking of a similar project and found the OEM for the seating, here's a link to their sit. I expect you can get all hardware and seating from them if you can't get it from Tiara.

Are you doing something with the starboard or driving seat? Is it a forward seat and a seat facing rearward?

I was not doing anything with the captain seat or passenger other than recovering. Yes it is a front and rear facing. Passenger side is fwd only - behind it is the "wetbar" station.

Did Anyone do the Bulkhead Seat with Elevating Backrest project. How did it go any pics. I have an 88 want to do same thing.
