Hello Everyone,

I just purchased a 2007 Tiara Sovran 4300. We have been boating for over 20 years and decided it was time to move up. My wife and I plan on being on the boat most weekends down here in sunny South Florida.

Nice boat and FL sounds pretty good to us iced in Yankees. Smile

We just moved to Florida in 2008 and have enjoyed every minute of it as boaters. The saddest day of the year in CT is the day you winterize.

Hi David....Congrats on the new boat and welcome to the site. We too saw the light and moved from CT to Florida about 10 years ago. We are on the West Coast and the boating is terrific.

Congrats! The 4300 Sovran is a great boat and I'm sure you will enjoy it immensely. If you keep it in the water, just make sure you keep the drive anodes (square mounted on the transom) replaced on a regular schedule. They do not wear like traditional zinc anodes. Instead of getting smaller, they get lighter and retain their size and shape. The only way to tell if they need to be replaced is to take them off and weigh them. This goes for all IPS boats. Good Luck and enjoy!
