need sum fiberglass work done, being quoted anywhere between $7 and $9k to repair fiberglass and repaint(blue hull)the affected areas, i have a 2003 42 open, i think i can get the entire boat wrapped for that, anyone have any experience with getting a 42 foot boat wrapped? do you feel it cheapens the boat if its wrapped? trying not to get it repaired only to end up getting it wrapped? thanks....

It's a bandaid fix. Will look great when it's first done but a few rubs against a dock/piling/etc, you'll be wishing you didn't do it.

any idea of the cost to get a 42 open painted, just the hull, from rub rail down?
