How many hours should it take to wax and buff a 4000express

That’s hard to say without understanding the current state of the gel coat, whether it needs a 2 stage or three stage, etc. Assuming the gel is in decent shape I would guess roughly 50 hours or so to prep, buff, wash and wax the hull, topsides and hardtop, not including other detailing such as stainless polishing, windows, canvas, etc.
