3196 Secondary Speed Sensor Red Light

On the last trip I had the 3196 Secondary Speed Sensor Red Light come on. Does anyone have information on how to replace this? Everything I have been able to find just says inspect, clean, calibrate and install per the service manual. The engine serial number begins with 2 XR 018xx.

Looking for the part# also.
