Has anyone replaced the zinc in heat exchanger for onan generator in tiara 38 open.seems impossible to get to even with half the gen cover off.Bill

I agree with your assessment as I have the same problem on my 2003 38 Open.. The sound box is in the way of getting to the zinc's and the sound box is not easy to remove....I've tried.... I removed the screws that hold the fuel select box in place but still doesn't give enough space to remove the sound shield bolts on the right side..... Oh well, that's life although I more than understand the need to replace the Generator zinc's.... Just can't get to them to do.... If someone has found a way let us in on it....
