I have 2006 3600 sovran, the engine room hatch opens via a set of hatch actuators.  To make them work you have to remove a seat by the helm, (which I did) and also have the helm seat all the way back.  When I hit the switch to raise the hatch, nothing.  But if I hit the switch to lower the hatch, I hear the actuator turn on (which of course doesn't do anything as the hatch is down)  So if seat 1 is out, and seat 2 is back why wont this thing go up?  The last time this happened the tech said he rubbed the one switch with a screw driver, and it started to work, that didn't help this time.  Everything work fine this past weekend, btw.
