Does anyone know how to remove the comming pads on a 2004 35 open. 
I need to get them reupholstered. Thanks

I removed the coming pads on a 2003 38 Open and assume its the same. Look under the gunwales and you will see bolts that thread through the gunwale to the pads. Remove the bolts and they should come free, at least that the way mine were attached... Believe they were 1/4" requiring 7/16" wrench/socket

Exactly, plus the pad on the transom slides up for removal. We reupholstered our 2004 35 Open last winter.

Thanks for the info but my 35 is different. My old 31 had bolts to remove the pads but the 35 has no access to any bolts. They are either glued on or have some type of clips that probably let the pads just slide up. I don't want to try sliding up if they are glued on.

Suggest you send a message or call Tiara Customer Service (Brian) and ask how they are mounted...

The pads are bolted on our 2004 35 open. It is something like six nuts on each pad. I had to lay on the floor to see and get access to them. Also bolted on the transom, except for the transom door.

Confirming above.  We replaced the bolsters in our 2003 35 Open and they are bolted on, exception is the transom door bolster which slides up/out.
