1990 3100 0pen needs Arch repairs from blisters at stainless fasteners.
Want to clean up blisters and repaint entire Arch. 
Any tips?
Need color and paint type.

I repainted my removed radar arch when we installed the Atlantic hardtop , due to the saltwater environment , it was blistering in multiple areas.
This is a task I do not care to do again.
We sand blasted the old paint and filler off to bare aluminum.
Be advised there is a considerable amount of bondo on these arches , the shipwrights are masters at making bondo beautiful

After the filler work was re done to almost perfection it was painted with PPG
zinc chromate primer followed by PPG JP 37 epoxy primer and top coated with PPG ESSS single stage polyurethane enamel in H8139 Oyster White , a color used on a 95 31 Open
The results are great looking and have held weather for 4 years now in a fresh water environment
