The Cabin TV in my 2002 3100 Open is broken (won't turn on) and I'd like to remove it to re-purpose the cabinet space.
The TV is mounted on a swivel mount and, from what I can tell, there's only one bolt on the bottom of the mount that is accessible. (see pics)
Has anyone been able to remove the TV and, if so, how did you do it? The bolt on the bottom spins when you try to remove the nut and nothing I was able to do loosened it. Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
It looks like the same mounting as the original TV on my 98 31 open. You need to remove the top portion of the drawer slides (extension that is visable). There are small tabs on the side of the slides that remove the extension with the TV attached to it. Once out I believe it is bolted through to the lazy Susan.

Thanks. I'll give that a shot the next time I'm at the boat
