Cant wait for the upcoming boating season, found my dream boat and she will be ready to go. I am looking for ideas for tables and chairs  for the back , one thing i love about the open is the massive room for entertaining. Any ideas on nice portable tables and chairs that store easy. I am also wondering what some do for lounging and relaxing, anything lounge chair in particular?

Hi there! I’m also looking for new seating for our back deck of 1992 33 open. There was an after market Bench that was not secured that sat along the transom when we purchased. poorly covered and cheap looking. We decided to remove it, use the under deck bait tanks for storage of cleaning supplies, and purchase new seating this season. I want something portable so we can use to face both directions. I’ve looked at some teak foldable steamer chairs and the typical white vinyl. I’m really stuck and my husband is leaving it all up to me. I’m going to take some measurements this month and commit to something as time is waning.

I keep two chairs like this in my dock box, comfortable with a fold up table for drinks or food. We put two on my cockpit deck with a crowd on our 38 open while entertaining and take them with us when we cruise.
