Hi Jack. These were made by GG Schmitt. They don't sell to the general public anymore but I read on a forum somewhere that Tiara Customer Service might be working on a solution for us. I've already dropped them an email with my name, address, HIN, and request to both get on the list if there is one and to help them gauge the interest.

GG Schmidt is not doing retail orders, but emarerro is correct, you can order them through Tiara (for now). They’re $145 each with a 2-3 week lead time. I was on the fence but went ahead and ordered since this has all the makings of a part we won’t soon be able to get at all.
