Hi All - New forum member but not new to owning a Tiara. I currently have a 1997 Tiara 31 Open with Crusader 454 XLI motors. I am very happy with this boat and motor combination. Plenty of power, not horrible fuel burn, and rides great. On occasion she can be a little wet but that is what the big windshield is for. Overall she is a great boat and even at 24 years old is beautiful. I think her lines are just great compared to a lot of the floating bleach bottles out there.
I bought a 1995 31 Open about 7 years ago and never cease to be amazed by the quality of the boat and its systems. This site is a great resource and I have learned a lot of valuable information. Also, don't be bashful about contacting Tiara customer service. They will want your vessel ID number when you ask questions so you should include it if you contact them. I feel I get the same treatment from Tiara asking about my 26 year old boat as I would if I just bought a new $1M+ Tiara. I needed a plumbing part one time and contacted Tiara. Tiara referred me to the supplier who sent me several parts WITHOUT CHARGE! In a world where customer service is becoming non-existent, I think Tiara is phenomenal!

Have to agree 100% on how great Tiara's customer service has been. Same experience for me contacting them for parts/guidance. They have either been able to provide the parts to me or put me in touch with the manufacturer. Another time they let me know that my gauges are no longer available but recommended a place in Florida that can repair/calibrate them. Nice to see a company that stands behind their boats.
