2 years ago I had replacement of the 3 interior vinyl rub rails in the stern of my boat . The one on each side do not have zippers in but the back one does. I notice there was mold on the exterior of the vinyl. I open the zipper rail one and it was very wet with mold. I talk to the person who did the upholstery and they told me to bring back the rails and they would re-do.. I ask her what new foam she install and she said it was open cell and she would put a drain screen on the bottom edge of these rail to let water out. Does this solve my problem ?
