Good morning,
I have a tiara 3500 open 1999 (1999/2003 model).
I would to install an hard top or a marlin tower.
I'm in Italy and for me is very difficult to buy from U.S.
Where is possible to find a project or plan to build it in italy?

The Tiara 3500 Open has been out of production for over 10 years. While Tiara would be the best source of a hard top for this boat, I'm not sure they still have the molds to produce a top. Try contacting them through the Customer Service Center and see what they can do for you.

If a factory top is not an option, they you are going to have to have a top custom made. Generally in order to custom make a hardtop, they need the vessel in order to measure. You have quite a few boat builders and custom boat yards in Italy. I would look to a local yard or fiberglass fabricator to see if it can be done locally. This is going to be by far your best and most economical solution.

If for some reason a local hard top builder is not possible, then your only option may be having the top built in the States and have it shipped to Italy. We have many high quality top builders located all over the East Coast of the US. Pipe Welders, Action Towers, Blue Water Towers, Atkinson, plus a whole host of others. Do some internet searching to see what you can come up with. The only drawback here is they will have to have a 3500 Open to measure. A custom top could cost $12,000.00 to $20,000.00 U.S.. plus shipping and plus installation once it arrives in Italy. At that point, it may be better to consider purchasing a newer boat with a hard top already installed. Just my $.02.
