Do you know what the diameter of the fuel pick-ups are?  Did you say you used cork gasket material to re-seal the tank?

I think it was around.835 as .840 is the standard for 1/2-14 pipe threads. I used 1/8 cork gasket material for the access panel but viton rubber would have worked as well and would probably hold up better long term.

I don't know of any that are commercially made I'll look a look. I can make a few to sell next time I have a chance, may take me a month or so. I'll pm you before I start anything.

Great job on those screens.  I'm curious how you did that joint.  Is it solder?  What kind of flux did you use with the stainless?   I'd like to make similar screens for one of my forklifts.  Rosin core or solid solder wire?

You can purchase wire mesh that is already welded into a diameter with open ends. I used a laser welder to attach the screen to the stainless disc.
