I was hoping someone had an answer as mine does the exact same thing . I do notice after a period of time the light does come on not 100% bright but better . I think it is a bulb issue and not a wiring issue , I would love to replace mine but it looks like a BIG job to remove all the screws and start messing around in the electrical panel .
Good luck and if I decide to go for it I will let you know or if I find any additional information.
The lights are on a single ground. If all are flickering start looking at the ground wire and trace it from there. Unless you are very familiar with AC voltage,, make sure the power is disconnected before going behind the panel.
I would look for the common ground wire for the lights and start cleaning connections. If all are flickering it will be one of the main terminals. Remember the AC and DC are two totally separate circuits.

Did anyone ever figures this out? My 2007 3600 open does the same thing. Only on the right lower available light.

The reverse polarity/available lights only last so many hours 'on'. So, the sore power 'available' light, which is 'on' for hours on end during the season, tends to get dimmer and dimmer over the years and can start to flicker even when things are 'ok'. Tiara typically used Solico 3450-4-50-19314 for this light and it is easy to replace, although be aware it has live AC to it when plugged into shore power/generator on/etc.
There are shorepower wiring problems that can cause the light to flicker, but most likely (especially if it is dim), the problem is with the hours on the bulb. You could trying swapping the generator light for the shorepower to see if that fixes it, then buy the replacement.
