3100 open we are buying doesn't have air conditioning.  Where is the best place to install it?

My 97 has the compressor installed under the birth in the lower compartment.
The vent works and thermostat runs up the side wall at the partition at the foot of the birth and settee.
The pump ,filter and through hull is mounted aft by the steering gear

The older hull design prior to 92 that is now the pursuit is different.

My 86 31 Open has it located on the starboard side, just forward of the midship bulkhead under the forward facing seat.

Under the Vberth - easy to fit as space is big. Under the floor, not in storage bin.
