Looking for new engine room hatch electric actuators for an 03' tiara 38 open without much success.  

The installed units were built by motion systems corp. 
p/n: 73041-001
motor p/n: pv26162q

Cannot locate the technical specifications to order an equivalent unit.

Contacted motion systems directly and was told they cannot supply.  Local tiara dealer was also not helpful.  Does anyone have a current supplier & p/n for a comparable actuator?  or OEM tech spec's on these units?

While not familiar with your 3800 configuration, I just ordered and received both a port and starboard linear actuator from W.C. Ducomb Co. for my 3500 Open. WC Ducomb supplied original equipment for Tiara, they had one in stock and made the other side in 90 days. Super easy to work with IF they made yours. WC Ducomb 5700 Mt Elliott, Detroit, Michigan (313) 921-4924. Following my initial contact with them, the President, Chris DuComb returned my inquiry, sent technical drawings and helped determine the correct actuator for each side (opposite angles).

The ones in my 38 have been changed out and they used Thompson DM12 series actuators rated at 1,000 lbs dynamic load.

You will need to measure the open/closed lengths of the actuator as I don't know the full p/n off the top of my head, but these actuators are readily available.
