The whole assembly can be removed if you take out the 4 screws that hold plastic panel to the boat. I would check with tiara and see if the piece is still available. If it’s not you could cut a stainless plate to cover the damaged area.

The supply lines use whale product fittings & tubing (metric 15mm). You can release the supply lines at the connecter relatively easy... Take a carefull look at the white collar with the gray ring around the blue water line & inside the white collar... The method to release the blue water line from the white connector is by pushing IN (into the white connector) the gray ring which will release the water line. the white connector has an O-ring on the inside. There may be a locking clip preventing the gray collar from going into the white collar. remove the locking clip if needed
