Replaced all of our last summer.  Pacer Group out of Sarasota Fla.  Cost about $6 each.  They have the action on each lens, many choices to order.  Perfect replacement, they look great . Mine were wore out like yours.  Helm looks great now.

They sell soft cover hard covers and colors, buy the plastic tool to pop the switch cover off the switch. They are very inexpensive, if the switch is good and the cover is shot new covers are all you need. I did my 31 open last year. just match up the ones with no light window, 1 light window or 2 light windows.
