I have Raymarine E120 classics in my 2007 Tiara Sovran. I am planning a trip to the Bahamas and in reviewing the charts, I realized that my Navionics card is from 2006 and outdated. I bought the latest CF+ card and installed it. The screens became unstable and would not respond. I had to cut the power and reinstall the old card to get the screens functional. Should I have changed any settings on the Raymarine ? Or do I just need a software upgrade on the Raymarines ?

I would check the Raymarine website to see if there is a software upgrade for that unit. I probably would also share your experience with Raymarine technical support to see if they had any concerns about the Card install. Half way to the Bahamas isn't a good time to find the navigation isn't accurate. Happy boating.
