My sliding cabin door might be on its last leg.The door doesn't slide or glide very well and the rubber gasket around the plexy glass continues to fall out. What is the best way to fix this or is a total replacement my best bet? How complicated/difficult is the replacement? How expensive is the replacement? I would welcome any thoughts and/or advice.

Thanks,

At the top and bottom of the door you will see 2 plastic buttons (1/2" wide) pry them off and use an allen wrench to adjust or tighten the rollers for the door. Fixed my same issue in 5 minutes. Not sure what to suggest for the gasket, maybe silicone adhesive to replace the gasket might work.
Just did the adjustment on my 1995 3100 worked great. However on my boat I did not have rollers attached to the door. I have plastic slides that run inside of the tracks, no bearings to wear out. I add plenty of lube and now the door slides very nice
