Hi all I'm having my 31 repainted and thinking about changing the color up. Wanted to get your take. Now it is awlgrip flag blue. And white deck, I think it's oyster white all painted. My Bimini is toast and green bottom paint. Boots are thicker white with thinner gold over it.
I think it needs a darker blue type color.
I've thought about awlgrip pigeon blue, Stars and Stripes, petrol Blue , carinthia and flag again. What do you think? Thanks!

You might check with your painter to see if it's going to cost extra money to go from a dark color to a light color. Usually requires quite a bit more prep work. Having sold boats professionally for the last 15 years and being the number three new tiara salesperson in the country I will tell you that most clients prefer a navy blue or colored boat over a white one. This only applies to boats that are painted as they do not oxidize like a gel coat colored hull. What method are you using to apply the paint will this be sprayed or rolled and tipped? Let me know and I can get you the current tiara paint code for what we are using on the new boats if you like. The current popular trend on the new boats is a baby blue color that's buyers are going crazy for!
