Glad to see this post and I like the look of your new dash. I am looking to replace the dash panels on my '89 3100 as well. Mine is also riddled with old holes no longer being used. I bothers me every time I sit in front of the helm. I have my new layout already, I just need the panel blank to get started.  I am not able to remove the current panels to use as a template right now. Did Technografic make your new dash panels?
