Welcome aboard!
That is very sad that the table was discarded.
I believe that Garelick supplied the original table hardware. You can look them up on the internet and see all the harware they offer. The original set up had two sets of base pipes (long for dinning and short for converting into berth). You are likley going to have to buy two long sets and cut one down (do not do this until you have the table top made so you know the thickness) to the right height.
The table top was custom built by Tiara. They no longer build that table, so you are most likely going to have it custom made. The original table was marine plywood with teak veneer on top and solid teak edge trim. The table shape has to be exact if you are going to use it in the berth configuration. It must be shaped to fit the curvature of dinette. The best way I found to have a table built was to cut the shape you want from cardboard and take it to a local wood furniture builder. I would buy the table hardware and install the cardboard on the hardware to make sure it will work properly. Then you can use the cardboard template to have a cushion made (for converting to a berth) if you do not have that either.
The best case would be to find another Tiara 31 of the same vintage you can borrow the table from to have a new one made.
It is unlikely you will find a pre-owned Table as those that don't use the tables, keep them for resale.
Good luck and let us know how it works out.
