22 Knots at 2300 RPM is respectable. 20 Knots is a bit light at that RPM. If you want to maximize the speed, clean bottom, clean running gear, clean fuel and filters, clean injectors and work the trim tabs for your given sea-conditions. All of that should get you 23 to 24 knots at 2300 RPM.

I never owned a 41, but I sold quite a few of them back in the day. I worked for the number one Tiara Dealer in the world for 14 years.
