I have the Tiara manual and specs for my 1996 31 Open, but the windlass documents do not have the model number nor can I find it on the windlass.  The chain keeps jamming as it comes off the chain wheel before it dumps into the pipe, and I suspect a might need a new chain wheel (and new chain) but I can't figure out the specs for either.  The windlass runs very well.  Have emailed Maxwell with the serial number from the windlass but haven't heard anything back. 
Any helpful suggestions?

Update:  Received an email from Maxwell rep on the West Coast later on the 27th requesting some more info/photos of windlass which I sent last night.  Hope to hear from him shortly.  I'll update when I do.
