when hauling out my boat for the season the marina told me the boat wasnt lunging into gear when you put in gear like it normally does, well come to find out i had a bad trans oil cooler and i had no trans oil in the starboard engine, i fixed the trans oil cooler problem and replaced the old one, my question is do you think i should put the trans oil in RIGHT NOW or just in the spring when i go to launch again? if it sits all winter with no oil in trans will that hurt it?
