[Tiara Sovran] Replacing courtesy lights in cabin steps

Hi,

Does anyone have any suggestions about replacing the festoon bulb in the steps.  There is barely enough slack in the wires to pull the light out and it would appear the lense/frame are one piece.  I tried to get one out an broke the bulb and wonder how to get the new one in without breaking that as well.

what year is your boat ?  

i did this on the 01 38 open...... changed every single bulb on the boat to LED.  light are prob made by https://www.cantalupilighting.it   also check out IMTRA  super easy get proper gauge wires and DIY. make sure you use good connectors and heat shrink tubing
