You have a few choices here.
1) You can call Tiara and order factory carpeting (more of a synthetic rattan weave than carpet).
2) West Marine offers a Taylor Marine carpet kit. You make a template of the areas with the materials in the kit and send it to Taylor and they send you custom fit carpeting back (I'm not sure of the quality however).
3) Contact your local Canvas company, and they can likely make you custom cockpit carpeting.
Beware of black rubber backed carpeting. I can assure you this black rubber will eventually stick to the fiberglass and make a mess.
