Owners manuals are pretty much worthless. I have the ones for my 2000 41 Open and never use them. You may be able to get a set of old Chilton books for your particular engines but even those are not going to be really helpful on part numbers. Things get upgraded and parts get superseded. You will be matching parts, modifying stuff and returning a bunch.
With an older boat its a lot of intuition, hard work and luck. Good luck.
