Hi,
Check the Air Filter at the blower unit to make sure it is not dirty/plugged. When you have the basket out of the sea water strainer, do you get real good flow if you open the seacock? Sometimes you can 'suck' junk up into the intake line and it will greatly reduce the water flow. Lots of luck with your new boat!!
