I have a 2008 Sovran...check that both a/c water pumps are moving good water...these are powered by circuit breakers yet controlled/switched by the individual air conditioners. If both pumps result in good water flow then you need to run Barnacle Buster in a closed loop through the water cooling system on both systems. By both systems I mean you circulate BB through all the water cooling systems on water pump #1 then again on water pump #2.
What happens is barnacles begin to grow in the water cooling systems by attaching themselves inside the cooling coils in the compressor section thus preventing adequate heat transfer to occur which ultimately builds up heat and pressure and you get an HPF fail. The good news is that your air conditions are probably fine...they just need the water cooling system to be cleaned.
It’s a pain to set up the first time but google up barnacle buster and on their web sight you’ll see their devices the sell so you can do this yourself...I made a setup from a 5 gal bucket, 12v bilge pump and some hoses. Once you have a closed loop, circulate BB through the system for 4-6 hours and hopefully your good.
